The CRM had everything, the customer saw nothing
Organising culture education for schools means keeping track of contracts, projects, contacts and planning. All of that lived in a CRM system the team used every day and kept well up to date.
Schools and partners could not get to it. Every question about a schedule, a contract or a performance date went through an employee. The question was an application in which customers see their own data, without the team having to maintain it in a second place.
Recorded once in the CRM, visible to everyone in the application.
A customer application with the CRM as its source
The CRM remains the place where the team works. The application shows that data to the customer, in a separate environment per organisation.
Integration with the CRM
Contracts, projects, contacts and planning come straight from the CRM. The team enters nothing twice.
Own environment per customer
Every school and partner logs in and sees only what belongs to their own organisation: current projects, agreements and the schedule of performances.
Secure access
Login and roles per user, so data is only visible to those allowed to see it.
Fewer questions, the same data
Customers look for themselves
Fewer questions about planning and contracts reach the team, because the answer is in the application.
One source
The CRM is and remains the place where data is maintained. The application follows.
Less dependent on the CRM
Until now the application read straight from the CRM. Outages or changes on that side were felt by the customer immediately. The next step is an intermediate layer of our own that follows the CRM and prepares the data, so the application stays available and fast, even when the CRM is briefly unreachable.
