Who is responsible
House of Business B.V., Parallelweg 27, 's-Hertogenbosch, Chamber of Commerce 97800082, is responsible for the processing of personal data through this website. Questions go to info@houseofbusiness.nl.
Contact form
If you fill in the contact form, we process your name, company name, email address, phone number and message. We use them only to answer your question and to contact you. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to a request you make yourself. Submissions are kept for six months in protected storage at our hosting provider Vercel (in Frankfurt) and in our mailbox, after which they are deleted automatically. If your question leads to a collaboration, we keep the correspondence in the customer file.
Calling and emailing
If you call or email us directly, we keep your data as long as needed to handle your question, or longer if it becomes part of a customer relationship.
Measurement without cookies
We measure visits with Vercel Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights. These services work without cookies and without data that can be traced to you as a person: no IP address stored, no profile, no tracking across sites. The site sets one functional session cookie (NEXT_LOCALE) that only remembers your language choice. That requires no consent. Beyond that the site places no cookies and therefore does not ask for cookie consent. If we add a service that does place cookies, we will update this statement and ask for consent first.
Third-party services
The site is hosted at Vercel and its content lives in Sanity. Fonts are loaded from Adobe Fonts. When the site loads, these parties receive technical data such as your IP address, needed to display the page. Our email runs on Microsoft 365. A message sent through the contact form is delivered via SendGrid (Twilio). We have agreements with these parties on the processing of data.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct and delete your data. You can also object to the processing. Email info@houseofbusiness.nl for this. We respond within four weeks. If you are not satisfied with how we handle your data, you can lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
Security
Data is sent and stored encrypted. Access to submissions is limited to employees who need them for their work. How we handle security more broadly is described on the page How we work securely.

This statement may change when the site or our services change. The date at the top shows the latest version.
